Why is there no separate Level 2 order option available on your order page?

The Level 2 package is an "add-on" to the Level 1. This means that it is only available for purchase after you buy the Level 1 unless you buy them both together in the Premier Package. If you are interested in both, you should buy the Premier Package from the start. It contains both Level 1 and Level 2 and you save $800 by buying them together in the Premier Package.
